By choosing the Click & Collect delivery option and specifying the branch where you want to collect your purchase, your favorite boutique will notify you as soon as your package is ready for collection and will make arrangements for a collection date and time with you. Please bring valid ID with you to pick up. You can also open your package in a boutique with your sales consultant.

He can exercise this right within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods: it consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, with the relative reimbursement of the purchase price.
